Are you an experienced and detail-oriented bookkeeper seeking a rewarding full-time position?
We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper and administrative assistant to join our
dynamic team!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your Primary Role :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare and process payroll, including related tax filings and compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage sales tax, payroll tax, and other tax filings as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate with external accountants during annual audits or tax preparation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Respond to financial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Who we\u2019re looking for:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper with strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency accounting software and Microsoft (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com, AvaTax, Excel, etc\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to improve efficiency and productivity with technology solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Team player with a positive, proactive mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
